REFUND POLICY

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "Lysfaere", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to TD Visual s.r.o., Kajerka 5301.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to Lysfaere, accessible from https://lysfaere.com
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Refunds of Digital Based Goods:

However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, we generally offer no refunds. However, if you change your mind about your purchase, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request if you have not downloaded our products.
If you find a technical issue in our product, we reserve the right to solve this issue and send you the fixed product in 14 days.
Refund requests made after you have downloaded our products are handled on a case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Any software product that has been purchased during the promotion sale is not entitled to any refund.

To be eligible for a refund on any digital based goods, the following steps must be taken:

  1. Refund must be requested in writing by contacting info@lysfaere.com
  2. Request of refund must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date

Please note that you will automatically lose your license after a refund. You are obligated to delete all files from the refund order and all files that are originated to these products immediately.
